Things to Think About

Positive thinking is not only for you, but it also affects other people around you.

Do you attract people with positive energy or do you repel people with negative energy?

When things happen to you, how do you respond?

Life gives me 12 challenges a day. I know it's going to happen. How can I prepare for that?

I wake up and put a smile on my face. This starts my day in a positive mood, and allows me to deal with the things that come up every day in a positive way.

When bad things happen, do you say to yourself: "This always happens to me. I try, but bad things happen. What chance do I have?"

Positive thinking keeps you going and keeps you on track. It's not easy, but it is possible.

Exercise

In the evening, spend 15 minutes to reflect on your day. Write this down. What things happened or came up for you? How did you respond? How did you feel? What things do you say to yourself about what happened? Could you have responded in a different, or more positive way?
